  • How to clean the product?   
    • You may clean the product with a bit of water and a non-abrasive cloth. Never expose plated jewelry to chemicals. Do not use jewelry cleansers as they are chemical based and are not made for plated jewelry. For safe keeping, keep the jewelry stowed away in a cool, dry place. Made of 925 sterling silver, Does not oxidize or rust.
  • Is there a tracking number?
    • Yes, we will email you a tracking number once we shipped the product out.  The tracking number can be tracked at www.usps.com, all orders are shipped via USPS.
  • How much is shipping?
    • FREE Shipping for all US clients, International clients may need to pay a small fee for shipping cost.
  • How long is the process time?
    • The processing time is about 2~3 days, sometimes maybe less.  After we process the order, immediately you will get a tracking number. 
  • What is the shipping lead time?
    • The typical shipping lead time is from 3~8 days, depends on your location, most US customers will get their order in a very timely matter. 
  • What is the return policy?
    • We want our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If, for some reason, you are unhappy with any products you have received, you are welcome to return them within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be unused and in its original packaging and tags.     • If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving the product so that our friendly staff can help you with the matter asap.
